They should be down the right hand side. Have changed a setting that might help.

Thank you. We’ve embedded the comments in the document. Not as elegant but it will get the job done.

Is there any truth to a pending sale of MCA properties? We have a blabber mouth who claims he knows someone on the inside and was told it will happen within 60 days.

We don’t have any conclusive evidence, knowledge or inside info on that. But at the last MCA Board meeting we noted the following:

      * All Directors except one had signed Non-disclosure Agreements indicating there are some level of discussions going on. (we don’t know why one Director did not sign an NDA)
      * The Treasurer said that the buyers wanted to close at the end of June. If you are talking to buyers about closing dates, that does not happen at the beginning of discussions.
      * The Treasurer said that the buyers “would pay off our debt” (that probably means they would pay us an amount equal to our $6 million debt). That means the buyers have discussed a PURCHASE PRICE. That is usually done in a formal offer.
      * The Treasurer explained a LOT of details that would typically be in an OFFER.
      * The MCA President and Treasurer have a clear recent history of “snap votes” and decisions: Pickleball court conversion, $250,000 loan to TMCC.

So there are many indicators that discussions to sell the assets are VERY far along. It does not seem far-fetched that the Board could be asked to vote on an offer.

Again another closed door smoke and mirrors decision hidden by some of the MCA Board members, in defence of their personal involvement with the TMCC and losses. The response from the property owners from this action will be aggressive if they follow through, it could last for years. The impact of their decision and actions actions will have lifestyle and financial impact on us all. Whether they have the authority or not they have a legal responsibility to us the owners to protect our assets and property values that they are entrusted with. With time it mite get some local Media and state Involvement. Our property values will decline however it goes and the MCA Board members that vote with the Treasurer and President with this counterproductive action, should stand judgement in shame. At this time I see we have only one choice. VOTE. they have to have a majority board vote to follow through. A majority vote will remove the President in 2 Weeks and the Treasurer is leaving the Board. I am afraid of the lack of public supervised vote count and tally..
