The meeting will be held at the Meadows Community Lifestyle and Wellness Facility.
Although the MCA has indicated that work can’t proceed until they hear from the insurance company, hopefully there will be some update on the extent of the damage from Hurricane Debbie.

I now know how to see documents such as the lease by contacting Mike Mazur to send certified letter to board of directors. I still don’t know how to get information on the plans for TMCC sustainability.
The board today said to not expect any increase in dues or special asssessments, no mention of a reduction

This is the plan for TMCC sustainability: MCA Homeowners subsidize the annual operations and pay for all capital costs and improvements.
There is no plan for making the golf courses, tennis club, etc profitable (or at least break-even) for the owners of the operations: MCA Homeowners.

Its the same old plan activated with the the creation of Renaissance ( Renaissance Membership ). There is no sustainability when the potentially profitable assets are not required to make a profit ( budget control) and the the ownership group pays the difference ( goverment financial aide and grants ) with out an annual fee increase to the share holders. The Utopian Dream.
